Candle packaging demands structural strength that standard product boxes cannot provide. Scented candles in glass tumblers are heavy, dense, and fragile. A standard box bottom can buckle under the weight during retail handling or courier transit. Will these boxes fit my specific candle jars?
Yes! We have standard dieline moulds for the most popular UK candle glasses, including 20cl and 30cl Karen, Lucy, Lotti, and Libbey tumblers. If you use a non-standard jar, metal tin, or lid, simply tell us your jar diameter and height and we will create a tailored dieline template free of charge.
Why is a crash-lock bottom recommended for candle boxes?
A standard tuck flap can slip open under the weight of a heavy 300g–500g glass jar. A crash-lock auto-bottom features pre-glued overlapping base tabs that lock into an unbreakable floor the moment the box is popped open, ensuring the jar cannot fall through the bottom.
Do you make packaging for wax melt snap bars?
Yes! We produce slimline tuck boxes specifically dimensioned for 50g 5-cavity wax melt snap bars (approx 142 × 62 × 18mm). These boxes are letterbox-friendly and ship as Royal Mail Large Letters to keep your postage costs to a minimum.
Can you add a cut-out window so customers can see or smell the candle?
Yes, we can die-cut custom shape windows (circles, arches, flames, or logos) on the front or side panels. You can choose to leave the window open as a scent-sniffer or back it with crystal-clear biodegradable film.
How are candle boxes shipped to me?
All candle cartons are shipped completely flat-packed in compact outer boxes. 500 boxes take up very little workshop space and pop into 3D shape in just 2 seconds.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is just 100 units. This allows candlemakers to produce limited-edition seasonal batches (e.g. Christmas collections, Mother’s Day specials) without large cash commitments.
