What is the minimum order for custom printed packaging tape?
Our minimum order is 12 rolls (approximately 660 metres of 48mm tape). This is enough for a small e-commerce business to trial branded tape before committing to larger volumes. Prices per roll fall significantly at 36, 72 and 144+ rolls.
What widths of tape do you print?
The most common widths are 48mm (standard parcel tape) and 75mm (for larger boxes and heavier items). Custom widths are available for specific applications — please mention your requirements when requesting a quote.
What is the difference between PP tape and paper tape?
PP (polypropylene) tape is the standard plastic packing tape — strong, moisture-resistant and widely used. Eco paper tape (water-activated kraft tape) is a plastic-free alternative that bonds to corrugated board by moisture activation and can be recycled with the box. Many sustainable brands are switching to paper tape.
Is your paper tape actually recyclable?
Yes. Our water-activated kraft paper tape does not need to be removed before recycling — it can go in the recycling bin with the box. This is unlike standard PP tape, which must be peeled off (and rarely is) before a box is recycled.
Can I print my full logo and brand colours on tape?
Yes — we print in up to 4-colour CMYK via flexographic printing. For single or two-colour logos on PP tape, costs are very competitive. Full-colour photographic print is also available. We proof your design digitally before production.
Do you supply tamper-evident tape?
Yes. Our tamper-evident security tape leaves a visible "VOID" pattern or message on both the tape and the surface when removed — ideal for high-value orders, pharmaceutical products and situations where customer assurance of an unopened parcel is important.
How fast can I get printed packaging tape?
Standard lead time is 5–7 working days from artwork approval. Express production is available for urgent requirements — please mention your deadline when requesting a quote.
What artwork do I need to supply?
Send us a vector AI, EPS or PDF file of your logo or design. For flexographic printing we will prepare a print-ready separation from your artwork. A digital proof is always sent for your approval before any plates are made.
