Packaging Designer FAQ
Is the 3D packaging designer free to use?
Yes, completely free with no sign-up. Design as many boxes as you like, download your preview as an image, and only talk to us when you want a printed quote.
Which box styles can I design?
Four styles are available: mailer boxes (the fold-over lid boxes used for e-commerce), tuck-end product boxes for retail shelves, standard shipping cartons, and sleeve-and-tray boxes. Each can be set to any size from 30 mm up to 1200 mm.
Can I put my own logo on the box?
Yes. Upload a logo image (PNG with a transparent background works best) and it appears on the box instantly. The image stays on your device - nothing is uploaded to our servers until you choose to send us a quote request.
Are the sizes internal or external dimensions?
Treat the sizes as internal (usable space) dimensions in millimetres, in the order length x width x height. When we produce your boxes we double-check every dimension with you before anything is printed.
What happens after I request a quote?
Your box specification - style, size, colour and notes - lands directly with our packaging team. We reply within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) with pricing, material recommendations and free design support.
