What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order for custom printed paper bags is 50 units. For larger volumes (500+) you'll benefit from our wholesale pricing tiers. Contact us for a tailored quote.

Can I get a sample before placing a full order?

Yes — we offer pre-production samples (a small charge applies, refunded on your first full order). We also provide free digital proofs so you can approve colours and layout before printing begins.

What file format do you need for my artwork?

We accept AI, EPS, PDF and high-resolution TIFF/PNG files. Artwork should be supplied at 300dpi minimum with bleed and trim marks. Not sure? Our in-house design team can help for free.

How long does production take?

Standard turnaround is 5–7 working days from artwork approval. Express production (3–5 days) is available — ask when you request a quote.

What printing methods do you use?

We use flexographic, offset and digital printing depending on order quantity and design complexity. Pantone colour matching and CMYK are both available.

Are your bags recyclable and eco-friendly?

Yes. All our paper bags are made from FSC-certified paper and can be printed with water-based, eco-friendly inks. We offer fully biodegradable and compostable options with no plastic coatings.

Do you offer bespoke sizes?

Absolutely. We manufacture bags in any size — from small jewellery bags to large retail carriers. Just give us your dimensions and we'll quote accordingly.

Can you print on all sides of the bag?

Yes — we can print the front, back, sides, base and gussets. We can also print inside the bag for luxury unboxing experiences.
