Commercial Terms of Business
These terms govern all quotations, orders, and contracts for custom packaging and printing manufactured by QPack.
1. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and exclude VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Artwork Approval & Proofing
Custom production commences only after the client has provided written approval of the final digital proof and dieline specification. QPack is not liable for typographical errors present on approved proofs.
3. Manufacturing Tolerances
In line with standard UK printing trade custom, production quantities may be subject to a ±5% manufacturing tolerance on bespoke runs.
