What weight can a twisted handle paper bag carry?
A 100gsm twisted handle kraft bag comfortably carries 2–4kg depending on load distribution. For heavier products we recommend 120gsm with a gusseted base. If your product consistently weighs above 3kg, a rope handle bag may be a stronger long-term choice.
Are twisted handle bags fully recyclable?
Yes. Our twisted handle bags use paper handles formed from the same material as the bag, water-based inks, and no plastic coatings — making the entire product curbside recyclable alongside cardboard and paper. They are also biodegradable and compostable.
Can I print full colour on both sides?
Absolutely. We offer full-bleed CMYK print on all visible surfaces including front, back, sides, and gusset. This maximum print option is popular with brands launching new products or seasonal collections who want maximum visual impact.
What sizes are available?
Standard sizes run from XS (approx 180x80x210mm) to XL (approx 450x150x490mm). Custom dimensions are available with a one-off tooling fee. We recommend requesting a blank sample of your preferred size before your first print run.
Do you offer Pantone colour matching?
Yes. For logos and brand colours where accuracy is critical, we offer Pantone matching on flexographic print runs. Digital print runs work to supplied CMYK values. We will confirm colour on a proof before production begins.
