What size flyer is best for putting inside a parcel?
A6 (105×148mm) is the most popular box insert size — it fits neatly in most e-commerce mailer boxes and polybags without needing to fold. A5 works well for larger boxes where you want to include more information such as product guides or care instructions.
What paper weight do you recommend for box inserts?
For a premium feel, we recommend 170gsm silk or gloss coated — heavier than standard copy paper but light enough to keep postage costs low. For luxury brands, 350gsm with soft-touch lamination creates a keepsake insert customers are less likely to throw away.
Can I include a QR code or discount code on my flyers?
Absolutely. We print QR codes at full resolution and verify they scan correctly on every proof. Unique discount codes can be printed as static text or variable data (different code per leaflet) — just let us know your requirements.
What is the minimum order quantity for flyers?
Our minimum is 100 copies for standard flyer sizes. Unit costs fall rapidly at 500, 1,000 and 5,000+, so higher volumes are very cost-effective per insert.

Can you match my brand colours?
We print in full-colour CMYK. For Pantone-critical brand colours we offer Pantone matching on litho print runs — just specify your Pantone reference when requesting a quote.

Yes. We stock recycled uncoated stocks and FSC-certified papers. For uncoated eco leaflets we recommend soy-based or water-based inks, which we use as standard.
