Will essential oils or soap moisture damage the box?
No. We apply a protective aqueous barrier coating or lamination on the interior of the paperboard. This barrier seals the fibres and prevents essential oils, plant butters, and natural moisture from discolouring or softening the box.
Can you die-cut a custom shape for the scent window?
Yes! You are not restricted to basic ovals or rectangles. We can precision die-cut custom apertures including botanical leaves, flowers, teardrops, hexagons, or even your brand silhouette so your soap bar’s texture and aroma are front and centre.
What is the difference between Reverse Tuck (RTE) and Crash-Lock bottom?
Reverse Tuck End (RTE) features folding flaps on both the top and bottom that tuck in opposite directions — it is the classic, most cost-effective flat-folding soap carton. A Crash-Lock bottom features pre-glued base flaps that automatically snap into a rigid locked base when you open the box — ideal for heavier bath bombs and chunky exfoliating bars.
Can I split my order across multiple fragrance designs?
Yes! Many artisan soap makers produce 4 to 8 different fragrances. We offer multi-design print pooling so you can order, for example, 1,000 total boxes split evenly across 4 fragrance designs (250 each) under one cost-effective production run.
Are your soap boxes biodegradable and plastic-free?
Yes. If you choose our unlaminated kraft or water-varnished folding boxboard, the cartons are 100% plastic-free, compostable, and kerbside recyclable with ordinary household paper collections.
How do the boxes arrive?
All soap boxes are delivered 100% flat-packed in compact outer boxes. They take up minimal storage room in your studio and can be quickly folded into shape as you cure and wrap each soap batch.
