How do I measure my box or container for a custom sleeve?
Measure the Width, Depth, and Height of your container at its widest point. The total flat length of your sleeve will equal: (Width × 2) + (Height × 2) + 20mm overlap for the glue tab or interlocking lock. Send us your container measurements and we will generate a free custom dieline template for your artwork.
What is the difference between interlocking tabs and adhesive strips?
Interlocking tabs use a precision die-cut slot and notch that locks the sleeve into a loop without any glue or tape — perfect for reusable packaging. Peel-and-seal strips come with high-tack double-sided tape pre-applied to the underside of the tab: you simply wrap the sleeve, peel off the release paper, and press down for a permanent, tamper-resistant seal.
Are packaging sleeves suitable for chilled and frozen food containers?
Yes! We supply food-grade Folding Boxboard (FBB) coated with water-based moisture barriers that withstand condensation in refrigerated display cabinets and chilled delivery parcel networks without warping or ink smudging.
Can I order packaging sleeves for small items like artisan soap bars or socks?
Absolutely. Narrow belly bands (40mm to 80mm wide) are one of our highest-volume products. They allow the customer to smell the soap fragrance or touch the fabric of the sock/towel while keeping the branding and product barcode prominently displayed.
How are the sleeves delivered to me?
All packaging sleeves are delivered completely flat, bundled in neat packs of 100 in sturdy transit cartons. Because they contain zero hollow air, 2,500 sleeves fit into a small, lightweight box that is easy to handle and stores compactly.
Can I print on both the outside and inside of the sleeve?
