Traditional food packaging and e-commerce mailers rely heavily on microplastic-shedding polyethylene (PE) laminates. We have replaced these with natural unbleached kraft papers, biodegradable greaseproof sheets, and plant-derived aqueous dispersion barriers that repel oils without a single gram of plastic.

Conventional solvent-based inks release hazardous volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and petroleum derivatives into wastewater. QPack prints exclusively with food-safe, non-toxic vegetable, soy, and water-based inks. They produce dazzling, punchy colour reproduction while remaining 100% de-inkable in paper mills.

Packaging shouldn't require complex sorting instructions. All QPack cardboard mailers, paper bags, tissue paper, and deli wraps can be recycled directly in ordinary UK household and commercial kerbside recycling bins. Our untreated papers naturally decompose in backyard composting systems without harmful traces.
