Genuine Hot Stamping
Pressed with brass tooling for razor-sharp edges.
Add genuine metallic brilliance to your gift wrapping. Precision hot foil stamped patterns and logos in gold, silver, rose gold, and copper on luxury silk paper sheets.
Your specification. Your artwork. A clear quotation.

Consider the details
Standard metallic inks cannot replicate the radiant, mirror-reflective shine of genuine hot foil stamping. We use heated brass dies to bond precision metallic foils into premium heavyweight paper, creating an unforgettable unboxing experience.

Yes, contrary to common belief, hot foil stamped paper IS fully recyclable in standard UK paper recycling! Because the transferred foil layer is microscopically thin (less than 2.5 microns) and contains no plastic backing film, it dissipates during the standard industrial flotation de-inking process at the paper recycling mill without contaminating the reclaimed paper pulp.
Metallic inks contain fine bronze or aluminium flakes suspended in liquid varnish, providing a subtle, matte metallic sheen. Hot foil stamping uses heat (130°C) and mechanical pressure to bond a genuine mirror-finish aluminium layer directly onto the paper, producing an intense, high-specular reflective shine and crisp tactile debossing that metallic ink cannot match.
We offer an extensive selection of luxury foil shades: Bright Crown Gold, Warm Pale Gold, Matte Champagne, Platinum Silver, Copper, Rose Gold, Midnight Black Gloss, and light-refracting Holographic foils.
We recommend 90gsm to 120gsm high-density uncoated or silk art paper for hot foil stamping. The substantial paper body withstands the heat and platen pressure of the stamping press without curling or wrinkling, creating a crisp, pristine wrap.
Because hot foil stamping requires custom CNC-machined brass or magnesium dies and specialised press setup, our production minimum starts at 1,000 pre-cut sheets or 20 continuous counter rolls, with excellent price scaling on runs of 2,500 to 20,000+ sheets.
Yes. We frequently print multi-colour background patterns (such as rich botanical illustrations, deep solid background floods, or geometric designs) via offset litho first, and then apply hot foil stamping to select focal elements such as brand logos, crests, and holiday greetings.
