Yes! While we offer standard sizes for popular 10ml, 30ml, and 50ml dropper bottles, we can custom cut your boxes to within a millimetre of your container. Send us your bottle dimensions (height, diameter, and cap size) and we will generate a free tailored dieline template for your designer.
What card stock do you recommend for skincare products?
We recommend 380gsm Solid Bleached Sulfate (SBS) board. It provides crisp white surfaces for razor-sharp text (crucial for ingredient lists, batch numbers, and barcode readability), high rigidity to protect glass containers, and a smooth base for foils and soft-touch laminates.
What is the difference between Reverse Tuck End (RTE) and Straight Tuck End (STE)?
On a Straight Tuck End (STE) box, both the top and bottom closure flaps fold in the same direction towards the rear. On a Reverse Tuck End (RTE) box, the top flap tucks to the rear while the bottom flap tucks to the front. Both assemble in seconds and look sleek on retail display shelves.
Do you offer inner inserts for heavy glass bottles?
Yes, we can produce internal cardboard insert collars or shock-absorbing fitments that hold delicate glass droppers firmly in the centre of the carton, preventing movement and rattling during shipping.
