Is kraft greaseproof safe for hot, fatty food?
Yes. The mechanical refinement of the wood fibres prevents fats and oils from bleeding through, making it ideal for warm burgers, grilled sandwiches, and freshly baked pastries.
Can you print in full colour on brown kraft?
We can print full colour, but because the background is warm brown, darker and richer tones reproduce best. White ink underprinting or crisp black branding looks exceptionally sharp.
How does brown kraft differ from bleached white greaseproof?
Kraft paper is unbleached, retaining its raw natural fibre colour and higher tear strength. White greaseproof undergoes an oxygen/bleaching wash for a crisp white aesthetic.
